Pullen Associates - Commercial Property Consultants

Our aim is to provide commercial property consultancy that significantly adds value for our clients.

Pullen Associates manages property sales, lettings and acquisitions for all types of Commercial property including; shops (retail), offices, industrial, warehouses, restaurants and leisure.  We also specialise in Investment Agency, Investment Asset Management and Commercial Property Management.  As well as buying and selling Investment properties we act proactively in Landlord and Tenant negotiations.  We act for Landlords and Tenants as well as owner occupiers.

Pullen Associates is based in Southampton, specialising predominantly in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, notably the Southampton and Winchester areas.  However, we have extensive experience throughout the UK with specific emphasis in Central Southern England providing professional advice and added value based upon an in-depth market knowledge.
