We are able to act for investors to provide a comprehensive property management service including rent collection and service charge management.  We can also act for tenants who sublet part or all of a property to provide a similar service.

Anybody can collect rent! Property Management is also about other issues such as knowing whether your tenant is actually in occupation, whether they have sub-let and whether they are maintaining the property in a good state of repair.  We provide this service as a close link to our Investment Asset Management service so that we can use the knowledge gleaned from the monetary aspect of property management to ensure that the property investment provides the optimum return for an investor.

We have a close working relationship with solicitors, building surveyors and insurance brokers such that we can ensure that if advice is required in respect of building defects, dilapidation's, insurance issues or other specialised matters, we can work with these professionals, or your existing preferred professionals to ensure that your property investment continues to perform to its optimum.
