Former 'Blockbuster' let to Wessex Cancer Trust

Pullen Associates have let another former Blockbuster store, this time to Wessex Cancer Trust who are just undertaking their shop-fit and are about to open.

The shop is located in Fairview Parade, Hythe, Southampton and had been closed for some time following the demise of Blockbuster due to the fact that the shop was in serious disrepair.

Richard Pullen, director of Pullen Associates reported that 'there was a lot of interest in the 1,314 sqft double unit'.   The shop has now been refurbished and repaired with the installation of a new shop front and the removal of the old Blockbuster shop-fittings back to a shell and the shop let on a new lease.
