Carnival UK "planning" to dance in Southampton

Acting on behalf of a private investment company, Pullen Associates has been successful in submitting and obtaining planning permission for the creation of a new bespoke dance rehearsal facility in Southampton for Carnival UK.

Pullen Association has worked closely with the property owner and Carnival UK to obtain planning permission for the change of use of the 16,600 sqft (1,540 sq m) warehouse building into a dance studio complex.   This has required consultation with Southampton City Council as the local planning authority and also negotiation with the City Council as freeholders of the site.   The property is located in West Quay Road, close to the Head office of Carnival UK and also overlooks the Southampton City Cruise Terminal.
