City Centre Restaurant comes to the market

Pullen Associate have just been instructed to market a city centre restaurant premises to let on a new lease.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates says "that the 4,160 sqft (386 sq m) premises are arranged on ground and lower ground floors. The property is located close to Ocean Village in the heart of Southampton, with its numerous apartments and offices and is also adjacent to numerous students halls of residences".

The property is fitted out with numerous features including bar, kitchens and staff facilities.   Richard Pullen says that if the premises are not large enough he is also able to offer some additional ground floor accommodation of 922 sqft for an appropriate occupier.
