Fareham: 2 shops let in synergie

Pullen Associates have let 2 adjoining shops in West Street Fareham to complimentary business.

3 West Street has been let to Para-Siempre on a new lease and has now opened as a bridal shop offering designer wedding, prom and evening dresses.

Richard Pullen, director of Pullen Associates says that 'soon after the letting to Para-Siempre, the adjoining shop at 1 West Street, became vacant and was offered for letting.   The shop has been let to X-Tend with Style, a specialist salon for human hair extensions, having relocated from premises close-by.   Whilst we received a number of proposals from prospective tenants for 1 West Street, the landlords chose X-Tend with Sytle as it was important that the two business compliment each other'.
