Off-market Letting to MM Sales & Lettings

Acting for a private landlord Pullen Associates have let the ground floor shop in an off-market transaction at 19 The Marsh Hythe Southampton.   The shop was previously let to a national estate agency chain who decided to close the branch.   Acting for the landlord, Pullen Associates agreed terms for the surrender for the lease and the simultaneous reletting to the Hythe based estate agency, MM Sales & Lettings.   Simultaneous with this, the lease of the first floor offices at the same property has been assigned to a new occupier.

The property is located in a prominent corner position opposite LLoyds Bank and adjacent to HSBC and also overlooking Waitrose.
