Hythe, Southampton: Subway "rolls in"

Subway have just taken a new lease of a store in Hythe, Southampton.

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Pullen Associates have let the double fronted premises to Subway in the New Forest waterside town of Hythe.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says "Subway have taken the two storey shop which has a 1,400 sqft ground floor sales area on a new 15 year lease.   The arrival of Subway will be popular in the town, which has a large catchment area where units of this size do not become available very often".  The property is located in The Marsh, opposite Lloyds & Barclays Banks and close to Waitrose supermarket.
