Letting to People Asset Management

The former HSBC branch in London Road Southampton has been let by Pullen Associates to People Asset Management (PAM) the Occupational Health & Wellbeing provider who operate clinics across the UK.   The bank sold the freehold in 2016 and the buyer is converting the upper floors into flats.   The ground floor former banking hall has been converted into consulting rooms for its D1 use.  The 1,053 sqft premises have been let on a new lease.
