Sofika's acquires new shop in Lyndhurst

Pullen Associates have let a shop on the prime central section of Lyndhurst High Street to fashion retailer Sofika, who already has another shop in the town.   The shop is located opposite the main pedestrian and vehicle exit from the town centre car park.   The letting was agreed soon after the shop was placed on the market reflecting the healthy demand for shops in the 'capital of the New Forest'.    It is close to the Merdien Modena Ferrari/Maserati dealership and other retailers closeby include Costa, Budgens, Lloyds Bank and Prezzo.
