A New Commercial Property Consultancy In Town

A well known commercial property agent and Chartered Surveyor, Richard Pullen, has established a new Commercial Property Consultancy in Southampton.

Pullen Associates has been set up by Richard Pullen to specialise in the Investment Asset Management and property management of commercial properties, also dealing with the sale and acquisition of Investment and Development properties.  Richard proactively undertakes landlord and tenant negotiations, for landlords and tenants.  He also advises property owners and businesses and deals with property sales, lettings and acquisitions, for all types of vacant commercial property.  

With 30 years experience in business in Hampshire, Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982.   He was a founding Director of Southampton and Winchester-based Palmer Fry in 1992 and following its merger with Goadsby, was Director of Investments and also Director of the company's Winchester Commercial office.   During this time Richard has worked throughout the UK buying and selling properties from Glasgow to London, Cornwall to North Wales as well as providing strategic property investment and occupational advice to large well known corporate companies both nationally and within the local market place.
