New Management Instruction for Pullen Associates

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, is pleased to announce their appointment as Managing Agent for a consortium of property investors in respect of a portfolio comprising several commercial properties located throughout South Hampshire.

Richard says 'this is another instruction that has been added to our ever growing management portfolio.  The new instruction comprises a mixed portfolio of shops, offices & industrial properties let to major international companies and as well as to local businesses.  Our management role is to oversee tenancy management and proactive portfolio investment management, including rent collection, advising clients on  rent reviews, lease renewals as well as ensuring compliance by tenant of lease obligations."
