Pullen Associates has been appointed to manage a property in Andover on behalf of a private investor. The property has been used as medical premises which continues to operate from the property on a new lease.
Subsequent to the purchase of the property, planning permission has been obtained to convert some of the accommodation into two self-contained flats and part of the rear garden has been sold off separately to develop new housing. Having acquired the property, Pullen Associates has been instructed to manage the property on behalf of the new owner.
