Retail Southampton -Tani Sklep cannons into Shirley

Acting for a private investor Pullen Associates have let a shop in Cannon Street, Shirley, Southampton as a Polish Supermarket trading as 'Tani Sklep'.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says 'that the shop comprised a sales area of 2,188 sqft plus a large store room which was offered in the market to let on a new lease at £20,000 pa after the previous business had relocated to larger premises in the city.   The shop, which is located close to Shirley High Street and adjacent to various public car parks, was well located for a supermarket use and has been extensively fitted out by the new tenant to create a quality new Polish supermarket'.
