Another Freehold office transaction in The Avenue Southampton

Pullen Associates have acquired a freehold office investment in The Avenue Southampton on behalf of a private investment company.   Richard Pullen reports that "the property is let to the NSPCC who have occupied the property for a number of years.   The acquisition of this 3,350 sqft offices building reconfirms the popularity of detached office buildings in this location of Southampton.  

The property is located in one of the main business districts of the city, and is popular with professional firms and similar medium sized business who are able to benefit from being located in a  prominent main road location into the city centre and also have the benefit of car parking.    This is the 4th freehold office building to have been sold/acquired in The Avenue by Pullen Associates in recent times.  It follows the sale of 15/16 The Avenue on behalf of Unite the Union to Solent Mind, the sale of 35 The Avenue to the charity No Limits earlier this year and the repvsiou sale of 9 The Avenue, a small building which was converted back into residential use."
