Acting on behalf of private investors, Pullen Associates have let offices in central Southampton to Phoenix Premier Acquisitions.  Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates said "The company has taken a new 5 year lease of a self-contained office suite of approx. 1360 sq ft (126m²) in a prominent building opposite Southampton combined law courts; situated over the Southampton branch of Virgin Money and the offices were let within a couple of weeks of the previous tenant vacating".
