Two Lock-Up Shop lettings opposite the Mayflower Theatre

Pullen Associates have let two new lock-up shop units situated opposite the Mayflower Theatre and The Universtity of Southampton Mayflower students halls of residences.

The two units, each of approx 420 sqft, have been let following the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of the property to also provide various residential apartments.   One shop has been let to Sukee Store, a Chinese food store, the other to Galego, a specialist Portugese Delicatessen.
