Acting for a private family, Pullen Associates have sold the freehold of a prominent office and surgery building located fronting the A33 main road into the city centre.    The offices had been vacated by a firm of solicitors and a dental practice which provided a rare opportunity for a freehold building to be sold.  The property, which is located close the Stags Gate road junction had been used as a dental surgery by successive generations of the same family.   The freehold  of the 3,500 sqft building was sold in an off-market transaction soon after the sale of the adjoining building by a separate owner.
