Southampton: Freehold office building sold

We are pleased to report the sale of another freehold office building.

Pullen Associates have sold the freehold of 35, The Avenue, Southampton on behalf of a private client.   Richard Pullen says that 'the property comprised approx 1,972 sqft (183.2 sqm) of offices together with a large car park with space for up to 19 cars.

We received a lot of interest in the property which is located fronting onto The Avenue (A33) - the main road into Southampton city centre from the north and the M3.   Interest and offers were received from both office occupiers and also those considering conversion back into a residential house.   The property was originally marketed with part of the accommodation being let, but the property has been sold with full vacant possession to a local charity for their Southampton head office.'
