Pullen Associates let the former Bank to law firm

Pullen Associates acquired the freehold of the former College Place branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Southampton, for a private client, following the closure of the branch in 2016.  Planning permission was obtained to construct an additional storey to the property and to convert the 3 upper floors into quality flats.   The ground floor and lower ground floor have been let to Swain & Co who wanted to be located in a more prominent location in the city and to benefit from close proximity to the Combined Law Courts which are located opposite the property.  

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reported "that he received enquiries from various businesses looking to benefit from the proximity of the law courts and the prominent location of the property on one of the main roads into the city.   The letting of the 1,500 sqft premises completed immediately on completion of the refurbishment and conversion of the property."
