Southampton: A new Mango in town

Mango Thai Tapas Bar and Lounge opens at Ocean Village Southampton

Acting for a private investment company, Pullen Associates have let another restaurant premises, this time to Mango for their new Thai Tapas bar and lounge.   Richard Pullen, Director at Pullen Associates, says that this letting follows on from the success of Mango's existing two other outlets in Portswood and Above Bar Southampton.   The two storey premises was in need of a complete overhaul so the landlord and tenant worked closely together to completely transform the property which is located close to the entrance to Ocean Village.   The landlord installed a new shop front to transform the image of the premises and Mango have undertaken an exciting fit-out of the two storey premises which has been let on a new lease.
