Pullen Associates have let a refurbished 1st floor office suite located close to Ocean Village.   Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates report that the first floor at 2-4 Canute Road had jsut been refurbished to provide approx 1,211 sqft of accommodation.  The offices have been refurbished with LED lighting, air-conditioning, new kitchen and carpets.   A letting was completed as soon as businesses were able to re-open in the summer of 2020.   

The letting reflected the lack of good quality refurbished office accommodation in the city with this articular building providing a character office environment located close to Ocean Village with neighbouring restaurants, coffee shops and other leisure facilities.
