Southampton shop let in a few weeks

Pullen Associates have let a lock-up shop at 2 Canute Road Southampton on a new lease on behalf of a private investment company.

The shop has been let to Tammy Cosins as a barber shop t/a TCutz.   Tammy has worked in various well known hairdressing salons in Southampton for over 13 years having previously specialised in Afro-Caribbean styles.   Tammy says ”that with the support of my existing client base I decided to set up my own business T/a TCutz in Canute Road as a men’s barbers and ladies stylist to capture the larger residential and student population in the Ocean Village area as well as the large office and industrial base close by.”

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says that ‘the shop was well suited to use as a hairdressing salon as it incorporated various ornate features and the landlord had taken the opportunity to restore the attractive shop front within the Listed building.  The shop was let soon after placing it on the market with proposals being received from a number of occupiers interested in leasing the shop.
