Southampton Shop Let For A Photo Session

Acting on behalf of private investors, Pullen Associates, jointly with Osmond Brookes have let a shop at 30 London Road Southampton on a new lease.

The shop has been let to Venture Photography, the international portrait photographers with over 55 professional studios in the UK together with 2 studios in Hong Kong and 5 the US.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says that ‘the shop had been used as a residential estate agency for many years and more recently as a language school.  The property is arranged as a ground floor sales area of 694 sqft together with ancillary accommodation on ground and 3 upper floor levels and therefore was well suited for use as a photography studio’.

The property was let on a new 15 year lease where the quoting rent was £25,000 pa.

Martin Hillman, Director of the new Southampton studio says that ‘he and his wife are looking forward to the opening of the Southampton franchise in January 2012’.
