Pullen Associates have let a former estate agency office to a chiropratic clinic on a new lease.   The property is located close to a local GP Surgery in a busy main road lcoation in the cetnre of Totton, and therefore provided an ideal location for the business.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reported that there was various interest for the property from various occupiers but the landlord was pleased to let the two storey shop to an existing business which was relocating from closeby.   The letting follows another closeby letting, recently undertaken by Pullen Associates, to a dental surgery.
