Totton Southampton - Freehold industrial unit sold

Pullen Associates have sold the freehold of a 685 sq ft (63.64 sqm) industrial unit in Totton Southampton to an owner-occupier for an undisclosed price.  

Richard Pullen says that "the unit had been on the market for a number of months with another agent without any success".  Having been instructed by the owners to sell the freehold or to let the unit, we received offers from prospective tenants and also freehold purchasers for the unit.  

Richard says that "In the end we could have let the premises many times over".  It has been enlightening to see that there are numrous new businesses being set up or existing small businesses expanding although unfortunately we had to make a couple of people dissappointed"
