Fomer Blockbuster let as Ice Cream Lounge

Pullen Associates have let the former Blockbuster store in Commercial Road, Totton, Southampton to Sweet Creams Gelato.  The double fronted shop is located on the busy A36 main road through the town and is next to Totton Retail Park.   Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates says ' we received significant interest from various occupiers for the property following the demise of Blockbuster.  As the store was constructed on a split level it was ideal for use as an Ice Cream Lounge.   Sweet Creams have just opened in the town after an extensive shop-fit having taken a new lease on the property from private landlords'.
