Pullen Associates have let a ground floor shop in New Zealand Avenue to Ligneous Kitchens.   

Richard Pullen, director of Pullen Associates, reports that the 1,700 sqft ground floor shop has been let within a very short time of coming to the market to Ligneous Kitchens who designs and manufactures bespoke and German kitchens.   The shop appealed to various retailers who enquired about the property due to it being located in a prominent main road location close to The Heart Shopping centre.   It adjoined various similar retailers including Bridgman, Roche Bobois & Dreams as well as being close to numerous restaurants and Sainsburys.
