A new letting in Winchester High Street

Acting on behalf of private investors, Pullen Associates have let a shop in central Winchester to Eastern Art Beauty as part of their regional expansion, relocating their existing Winchester salon into larger premises.

Having also recently opened in West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton, Eastern Arts Beauty now have 6 branches in Hampshire providing a wide range of treatments.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says that Eastern Arts have taken a new 10 year lease of a self-contained retail and office building of about 1,500 sqft located in a  prominent position at the the junction of High Street with Jewry Street.   The property had been occupied continuously as an estate agency office since the mid 1970's and for a short period the first floor had been a dental surgery.   The previous tenant relocated and Richard Pullen reported receiving interest from a variety of businesses. The letting was concluded shortly after the property had been vacated, reflecting the strong retail market in the city.
