Following the letting of part of Athenia House, Winchester, to Executives-on-Line, Pullen Associates has been instructed by the landlord to manage the property on their behalf.  The 10,000 sq ft office building has just been comprehensively refurbished to provide a quality office building suitable for use as a headquarters building.
