Pullen Associates, acting jointly with Osmond Brookes, commercial property consultants, have sold a portfolio of 4 retail properties located in Southampton and Eastleigh.   The properties were let to various retailers and included a Specsavers Opticians located in Shirley High Street, Southampton; two restaurant and takeaway outlets and a shop and flat let as a suntanning salon.

The properties were sold as an off-market transaction.
