"Executive Letting" in Refurbished Office Building

Acting on behalf of a private investment company, Pullen Associates have let the 3rd floor of Athenia House following the comprehensive refurbishment of the 10,000 sqft open plan city centre office building.  Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates says that the 2,000 sqft 3rd floor suite has been let to ‘Executives Online’ on a 10 year lease.  

James O’Brien, Managing Director of international interim management and executive recruitment company, Executives Online says that ‘we were already headquartered in Winchester and were looking to relocate into a larger more modern state of the art office building and our selection of Athenia House was influenced by the quality of its refurbishment, excellent car parking as well as its close proximity to the city railway station.

Richard Pullen of Pullen Associates is marketing the remainder of the building jointly with Goadsby, both of whom report a reasonable level of interest in the building.   The three remaining floors are available to let either as a whole or as individual floors providing open plan air-conditioned offices from 2,548 sqft (236.71 sqm) to 7,983 sqft (741.64 sqm).  There is an opportunity for any new tenant to choose colour schemes for the fit out of carpets etc to two of the available floors.
