Hythe Southampton - Bank Auction Acquisition

HSBC Bank acquired at auction

Pullen Associates has advised a family property investment company in connection with their acquisition of a bank investment in Hythe Southampton bought at auction.   Richard Pullen, director of Pullen associates, says that the property was let to HSBC Bank at a rent of £42,079 pa until June 2023. 

Hythe is a waterfront town located between the New Forest National Park and Southampton Water, with a ferry service connecting it directly to Southampton. The property is situated on The Marsh, which runs parallel to the pedestrianised High Street. Nearby occupiers include a Waitrose supermarket, Thomas Cook, Subway, NatWest and Domino’s Pizza.
