Acting for a private client, Pullen Associates have sold an industrial building at 10/12 Cannon Street in Shirley, Southampton for use as a new Walk-in Dental Centre.

Acting jointly with Primmer Olds, the 3,616 sqft (335.9 sqm) property had previously been used as an industrial building and more recently as a retail/warehouse building.   The property is located close to Shirley High Street and various neighbouring car parks and therefore is well located for its new life as a dental surgery.  The property had been vacated following the relocation of its previous occupier to larger premises in the city.

The property was offered for sale or letting and received a significant level of interest from a variety of potential users.   Located in Cannon Street, the property is opposite another property at 1-5 Cannon Street, which was let by Pullen Associates on behalf of the same client in 2012.  There was much interest in the property for its final use following the tendering of an NHS dental surgery contract with offers being received for letting and sale.
