Portsmouth: Retail letting to expanding estate agency

Pullen Associates has let a retail unit in London Road Portsmouth to expanding Bernards Estate Agents

Richard Pullen reports that the shop at 129 London Road, North End had been vacated by Swinton Insurance who had 3 units in close proximity.   Interest was received in the property from a variety of different business including a number of residential estate agents.   The 812 sqft shop has been let to Bernards Estate agents who already have offices in Southsea and Waterlooville.   Richard Pullen says that the expansion of Bernards and the interest from other agents reflects the improving housing market in the city.   The property is located in an area of North End favoured by estate agents, insurance brokers and solicitors.
