Anytime Fitness open their 30th gym in Winchester

Located in Jewry Street, in the centre of Winchester and opposite the Discovery Centre, David & Patrica Bell, the owners of the new franchise, are delighted to have opened the gym having obtained planning permission for their D2 (Health & Fitness) use on the 3,326 sqft retail unit arranged on ground and lower ground floors.

After a 9 week fit-out, Anytime Fitness are offering a unique 24 hour concept in Health & Fitness.  They have located next to Black, White, Red, a coffee and wine bar which is owned by England's Rugby Captain, Chris Robshaw and former Hampshire cricketer, Kevin Latouf which opened in October 2013.

Anytime Fitness have taken a new lease for 15 years.   Pullen Associates and London Clancy acted for the private developer and Kieran Gartshore of Anytime Fitness's in-house property team acted for the tenants.    Winchester is Anytime's 30th Club in the UK and they are looking to open another 30 in 2014, where members of one club can use all clubs worldwide.
