3 Adjoining offices buildings sold

Pullen Associates have sold 3 offices buildings located in Winchester city centre to a residential development company.    2 of the buildings, each of about 1,800 sqft (167 sqm) are vacant and are to be converted into a total of 8 flats under the governments 'new permitted development rights'.   The 3rd building is occupied and will remain as offices having been sold off separately on a long lease.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says " that the properties, located in St Clements Street, where constructed in the 1980's.  The offices are arranged on 4 floors and the small floor plates made the buildings very suitable for conversion into residential flats".
