Bluebird Care comes to Southampton

Acting on behalf of private investors, Pullen Associates have let offices in central Southampton to Bluebird Care as part of their national expansion.

Bluebird Care is a national care provider with nearly 200 franchise offices in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.   Bluebird Care provides a large range of service such as care for the elderly and of young adults with learning disabilities, respite care, Live in care, end of life and dementia care.

Bernadette and Hugo Mills, owners of Bluebird Care (New Forest and Southampton), say 'that expansion into Southampton was a strategic development of our business and that we chose our new offices at College Place in central Southampton due to its prominent location in the heart of the city, at the bottom end of The Avenue and close to London Road, where there is good access to all parts of the city'.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says 'that Bluebird Care has taken a new 5 year lease of a self-contained office suite of approx 1,360 sqft (126 sqm) in a prominent building opposite Southampton Combined Law Courts and situated over the Southampton branch of Virgin Money'.
