8,300 sqft Freehold office building sold - Romsey

Pullen Associates have arranged the sale of Osprey House, Romsey, in what is one of the largest owner occupier sales to have been completed in Romsey and the surrounding area for time.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reports "that the property was sold to an owner occupier who was attracted by many of the features which the building had to offer.   The 8,322 sqft (733.13 sqm) office building is located in a quiet location approx 3/4 mile from Romsey town centre and is also close to the railway station."  

The two storey office building had many features, the most interesting of which was the fact that it overlooked and backed on to a bray of the river Test with plenty of wildlife.  The open plan office building had 36 car parking spaces and air-conditioning.   The property has been sold at an undisclosed sale price.
