Acting for a private investor, Pullen Associates have let 2 floors of offices in Winchester City Centre.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reports that "they have let 2 floors totalling 3,920 sqft (364 sqm) to a single tenant under two leases.   The offices on the 1st and 3rd floors were let within a matter of a few weeks of the previous tenant moving out."
