Another off-market retail letting to estate agency

Acting for a private client, Pullen Assocate have undertaken an off-market letting of a shop at 3 West Street Fareham to Fenwicks Estate Agents.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, reports that "the shop had become vacant following the departure of the previous business and the shop was soon re-let to Fenwicks who relocated from The High Street.   Fenwicks is an independent estate agency with other offices in the area, including at Gosport, Portchester and Lee-on-Solent."
