Richard Pullen has over 30 years experience in the valuation of commercial properties in Hampshire and adjoining areas. We are able to provide valuations for numerous purposes including company balance sheets and taxation purposes. We value a wide range of property, including retail, office and industrial, whether it be for an owner-occupier, investment or development.
Clients expect a quality service service when it comes to the provision of property valuations as it is recognised that important business and taxation decisions are made based upon the valuations provided. If therefore we do not think that we have the relevant expertise to carry out your instructions we then we will decline the instructions and where possible provide a recommendation as to whom might be better placed to provide the valuation required.
