Pullen Associates have sold Unit 31 at the Glasshouse Studios.   The 931 sqft unit forms part of the larger relatively new office development located to the north of the town and which has attracted a wide range of businesses, including architects, IT companies and a specilaist sound company.   A previous sale had fallen through due to the covid lockdown, however a new sale was agreed as soon as businesses were able to consider returning to some form of normality!
