italk expands in Eastleigh Office Building

Pullen Associates have acquired office accommodation in Black Horse House, Eastleigh for italk.   italk is an improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Service which is delivered as a partnership between Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says that "italk have acquired part of the 1st floor in Black Horse House as an extension to the service's existing 3rd floor accommodation to provide an additional 1,730 sqft of offices.  The offices were acquired by Pullen Associates as an 'off-market' deal with italk taking a new lease of vacant offices which were not being offered for letting in the market".

Richard Barritt, Chief Executive of the Southampton based charity, Solent Mind, says that "italk required additional accommodation to accommodate their increased staffing levels as a result of thier contract being extended to cover Winchester and Fareham.   italk now provides services within Hampshire covering Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, New Forest, Test Valley and Winchester."
