Acting for a private investment company, Pullen Associates have sold a prime A2 retail investment of about 5,000 sqft let to Sequence UK Ltd t/a Fox and Sons.   The property is located in London Road, the favoured location for banks, estate agents and building societies and is close to a recently opened Tesco Express. 

The property was let at £75,000 pa.  Fox and Sons held an 'old-fashioned lease' of the property taken in the early 1960's and the invesment provided some investment management opportunities for a purchaser as the lease expires in 2014.

This sale follows the recently letting of the adjoining shop by Pullen Associates on a new 15 year lease to Venture Photography.
