Steak & Spice comes to Southampton

Pullen Associates has let a restaurant in Canute Road, Southampton which has just opened for trading as "Steak & Spice".

The new city centre restaurant is located close to Ocean Village and therefore benefits from a large residential catchment which includes the numerous houses and apartments in Ocean Village and Canute Road together with its surrounding area as well as the various large students halls of residences which are located in Canute Road.   The restaurant will also serve the marina and the many offices in Ocean Village.

The property comprises over 4,000 sqft of accommodation on two levels.   Richard Pullen, Director of Pullen Associates, says "that the premises were only offered on the market for a short time before being let to a well established Southampton based restaurateur on a new lease.   The letting follows on from recent lettings undertaken by Pullen Associates in the adjoining premises to No 4, as a coffee/wine bar and the letting of 3 Canute Road to Champagne Charlies off-licence."
