HSBC Bank acquired at auction
Pullen Associates has advised a family property investment company in connection with their acquisition of a bank investment in Hythe Southampton bought at auction. Richard Pullen, director of Pullen associates, says that the property was let to HSBC Bank at a rent of £42,079 pa until June 2023.
